Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

FedEx: Ground Commercial (for business deliveries only) Ground Residential (for residential deliveries only) Express Priority Overnight Standard Overnight 2 Day Express Saver Residential

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the total cost, including shipping. If you are located in an area that requires an additional delivery charge, you may not be notified at the time of checkout. Additional delivery charges will be billed to your credit card upon notification from FedEx. These charges are usually nominal and are due to extremely rural, or difficult to access locations.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
