How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. In the case of clear manufacturer or quality defects, Walnut Grove Spring Water Company will pay for return shipping. In the case of general consumer product dissatisfaction, the consumer will pay for return shipping to our facilities.

1. Please email info@walnutgrovespring.com to request a refund. State “PRODUCT REFUND REQUEST” in the subject line and state the reason for return/refund request.

2. You will be notified and/or contacted within 72 hours to determine your refund status.

3. Mail your returned item to:

4. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Returns made in the case of manufacturer or quality defects, if approved for refund, will be accepted for opened and/or used products.

Returns made in the case of consumer product dissatisfaction, will be accepted ONLY if products are UNOPENED and demonstrate clear evidence that the tamper seal has not been compromised.

Restocking Fee

Returned items for consumer product dissatisfaction are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. In addition, original shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Returns made in the case of manufacturer or quality defects will not be charged a restocking fee, and a full refund of original shipping & handling, in addition to return shipping & handling will be credited.

Exchanges

In the case of manufacturer or quality defect, you may exchange your item(s) for the same item(s) at no additional cost. All product and shipping costs will be paid by Walnut Grove Spring Water Company.

In the case of consumer product dissatisfaction, you may exchange your item(s) for the same item(s). You will be responsible for return shipping and exchange item(s) shipping. Exchanges can be made ONLY if your returned item(s) meets the specifications outlined in Return Exceptions.
